Coach Decker is a 17 year veteran of high school coaching. He is the current director of the Webster Groves School District's youth program as well as the owner-operator of Lionheart Hoops.  He has also conducted individual and small group training for over 20 years.  Coach Decker's teams and players have been noted for rapid improvement, excellent shooting and passing, and tenacious effort.
